The T-Bar Landmine Attachment for Barbells is a functional piece of exercise equipment that is designed to provide a more dynamic weightlifting experience because of the multitude of exercises you can perform in your home or garage gym. You can use 1-inch or 2-inch barbells on the landmine base. The landmine attachment allows you to perform exercises to help increase muscularity and overall fitness of your entire body, what we like to call your "Core 4", which includes:
Arms (Example – shoulder press)
Legs (Example – landmine squat)
Back (Example – rows)
Core (Example – landmine rotation; similar to a Russian twist)
